Missing Shoulder Button #99

In the button GUI there is no shoulder button even though the simulation API documents them:

Inputs: Back Shoulder Buttons: left_shoulder_button, right_shoulder_button

Is there are reason this was omitted?

Notably, the topic is still published in qnode.cpp, but it is always unpressed.
