Spawn Sawyer ABOVE the ground plane #2

Links with https://github.com/RethinkRobotics/sawyer_robot/pull/31 . This prevents Sawyer from spawning below the ground plane, popping up like a spring, and falling flat on his face. Generally speaking, this makes Sawyer happier.
