Added effort and velocity controllers. #9

This commit changes the joint group position controller to accept any type of controller and adds effort and velocity controllers.

Shipit! Katy, thank you for all your help getting Sawyer's controllers up & running. SDK users will be genuinely thrilled to have access to Sawyer Simulator.
