RF00002 5.8s rRNA contains partial matches to 28S and 18S rRNA #53

To obtain a clean set of 5.8s rRNA sequences, I screened RF00002 against eukarya 18S and 28S rRNA HMM profiles. This results in most of the sequences being filtered out, with only 137 sequences being retained out of ~4K

Hi, Can you please provide some more details on exactly what you did (with commands etc.) so I can reproduce on my end. Also where exactly did you get the ~4K sequences from? Thanks, Eric
