Recent sequence extraction resulted in issues with several sequences not accessible from the fasta files on FTP. However, after categorizing sequences to FULL and SEED enabled their retrieval from the main Rfamseq and Rfam.seed files respectively. This means the sequences are available in Rfam, but fasta files are outdated.
