Implement Shaarli export #4

For sure it will be easy, as easy as going to a Shaarli site then going to export tool and splitting resulting html file into entries.

There is a working Shaarli export, which is based upon the good old bookmarks.html format. Sure I could use the Shaarli java client, but ... not yet.
