[Feature] Automatic Disconnect #10

If Goose is in a voice channel alone for 5 minutes, then the bot should disconnect itself from the voice channel and send a message indicating it left.

Be sure to consider whether or not music is playing when disconnecting (need to update music state)

Closed for now, want to experiment with stability (how long it can be in a channel without issues arising)
