Banjo Kazooie locks at 23.5/28.5fps (EUR/US) instead of 25/30 when audio is enabled. Frame limiter is fine when audio is disabled
The fact that a game runs at 60 doesn't mean it's supposed to lock at that value. Whatever game will run at 60 if possible without sound (eg: SM64).
Added target framerate on OG hardware
Space Invaders locks at 40 (should be 60)
Paper Mario is locked at 70 fps, should be 60fps instead.
Super Smash Bros with Daedalus 0.4 locks at 71.9 fps during menus and 1 vs 1 battles (should be 60fps).
