As a developer I wish to have an application with all the package version up-to-date!

What needs to be done

Add Dependabot for Dart packages.
- schedule interval: monthly, day: friday
- labels: dependabot
Make sure to update all the packages before enabling it to avoid the overflow of PR 😉
