feat: Flavours!!

📖 Description

• Implement three flavours: dev, beta and prod:
  • Each has its own app icon and splash screen;
• Update the settings view to show the current flavor used;
• Update the flutter splash to switch the mascot based on the flavour;
• Update the CI and docs to use the flavours.

I'm not showing the new splash screens as Rive now has a watermark when you aren't subscribed. I created an issue (#54) to list all the animation we will need to export .

🧪 How to test the change?

Run the following:

# For Dev
flutter run --flavor dev --target lib/main_dev.dart

# For Beta
flutter run --flavor beta --target lib/main_beta.dart

# For Prod
flutter run --flavor prod
