feat: Glossary skeleton #93

As a user, I want a space where I can see/search all the kanas, kanji and also all the vocabulary available in the application.

Requirements

Path: /glossary
UI
- AppBar should have:
- title centred: Glossary
- Body should have:
- Secondary TabBar, with the following tabs:
  - Hiragana <-- discussion needed if we group them with Katakana
  - Katakana
  - Kanji
  - Vocabulary
- List of GlossaryTile
- Bottom navigation bar
Display by default alphabetically sorted the selected tab content

Needs to be done

Implement the GlossaryTile UI and tests
Implement the main glossary page skeleton and tests
Update the router to redirect the skeleton page
