feat: Filter by option #96

As a user, I wish to filter the elements displayed in the glossary by JPLT level and knowledge level.

Requirements

UI
- Filter button (icon: icons.tune_rounded or icons.filter_alt_rounded) should be accessible from the AppBar of the glossary index
- Filter page should show up on the filter option button tapped
- Filter page:
- JLPT section, each level should be a checkbox option
- knowledge level, each level should be a checkbox option
Closing the filter page should trigger the update of the list
