feat: Sort by #97

As a user, I wish to be able to sort the results in the alphabetical order or the Japanese order

Requirements

UI
- Sort by button (icon: Icon.sort_rounded) should be accessible from the AppBar.actions of the glossary index
- Sort By page should show up on the sort option button tapped
- Sort by page, options should be Radio buttons
Closing the sort by page should trigger the update of the list

⚠️ The AppBar of the Sort by page should not show any actions except close
