Hi, I changed the colors of the wires as reported by @CarVac in the issue #3. To prevent confusion for those not using the SO3-ToolBoard (like me :) ), I also included a brief comment at the top describing the connector, taking inspiration from the image found in the official SO3 page. Let me know if it's ok for you and if I should do something with the version number/release date before merging this request.

I guess the color references should be completely removed...
