Debug serial port errors with light shield arduino #87

When running igvc, mapper and pather, the light shield serial port begins causing constant serial port errors. Likely a threading issue with multiple nodes communicating with the light node, but not sure.

This was fixed last semester. It was due to a combination of faulty connectors, arduinos, and USB hubs. The issue only continues now when the physical connection is shaky.
