Which Video implementation do you use? It seems that you have at least a working video call in the live chat client ... we use Jitsi and dont even have that ... we just get the empty message

How did you join to the video-call ? Any suggests ?

I'm using my own jitsi server and I'm facing the same issue !! LiveChat create a empty message and I can't join to the video-call.
