First character ignored when typing Chinese pinyin

• Enabled live chat in backend
• Open live chat widget then focus on message form field
• Type "ni hao" using Chinese input method, then 'n' is ignored and only the rest following characters show in input method [figure 1]
• it works when fill in an empty space at the beginning [figure 2]
