Hi,

We've recently configured and enabled Jitsi and we want to use it on the livechat, but there's no "Start Video Call" button:

How do we enable it?

I'm facing the same issue. At the moment we copy the link from jitsi window and send it manually to the client.

But showing the button directly would be much better!

I'm using my own jitsi server and I'm facing the same issue !! Any suggests ?

you can only start a video session as agent afaik, not as regular user in the livechat widget
