Thumbnail not showing under Deployments #419

I expected a thumbnail to show to the left of the deployment name on this page

Oh I see! The thumbnail will be set to the deployment cover image (if it has one), did you upload one?

Either way, maybe it would make sense to show first example capture as the thumbnail, if no cover image is set? What do you think? @LDalby

Yes, totally agree! First example capture if no cover image set.

What is the idea with having a manually set cover image? Is that to showcase a particular detection or something?

I could perhaps be referred to as a "sample image" instead? This would communicate that it is simply just a random image.

So for the cover image, the intent was to make it possible to upload a photo of the system itself (for example an AMI system in action on a specific location), while the example captures describes the output of the system (for example captures from the AMI system).

Deployment example capture: image

But I think it could make sense for the app to pick one of the captures as thumbnail if no cover image is set!
