Refactor app to use new UI Kit and update interface for filtering

In this PR we include our new UI Kit (Nova) to Antenna. This means:

Setup Tailwind
Install UI Kit
Include basic styles from UI Kit (for now, these styles can be used in parallel with current styles)
Include fonts from UI Kit (replacing current fonts)
Remove Storybook, since this documentation will be part of the new UI Kit
