Updated interface for filtering

In this PR we update the interface for filtering using components from the new UI Kit (see https://github.com/RolnickLab/antenna/pull/605). Also we update the app layout.

Added filtering controls:

• Image (readonly)
• Session (readonly)
• Collection
• Station
• Taxon
• Score threshold

Next:

• Make it possible to clear an individual filter ✅
• Add the new filters to other pages (only the occurrence page is updated atm) ✅
• Mobile version ✅

Notes:

• Filtering taxa based on session and station seems to be a bit broken on the backend? Also I wonder if we can streamline the keys?
• Sticky sidebar might be nice, but requires some work to handle layout edge cases.
