move venv to gitignore #29

[ ] move the virtual environment to gitignore and put all the installs we need into a folder

I think I moved the virtual environment but we'll need to check cause I'm not entirely sure how gitignore works

When I opened main it all appeared to work - but we need to try on a computer that doesn't have the virtual environment already on it. we also need to make instructions on how to open our project for the markers.
