Feature: Nice URLS #53

.htaccess to parse the nice URLs and also the previous URLS.

[x] legacy URLS: transform the old nice URLs to go to the corect pages
[x] www.era.rothamsted.ac.uk/site/rothamsted
[x] www.era.rothamsted.ac.uk/station/rms
[x] www.era.rothamsted.ac.uk/experiment/rbk1
[x] www.era.rothamsted.ac.uk/dataset/datasetname
[x] update the menus and links in site with nice URLs

6/8/2020 I started working on redirect and have an issue to access the #documents I have worked on the legacy URLs : In priciple I can do it, but have issue navigating to a subpage as these are in tabs ...

For dataset: the URL is at the moment: /dataset/expt/datasetname which is easy enough and saves having to find unique shortnames accross all the experiments.

In the datacite database, the new URLs will be as such for a dataset. The datasetname is shortname-version

for experiment /experiment/expt : to the main page of the experiment /experiment/expt/documentname : to a specific document : but at the moment, I cannot navigate to the specific tabb to display it, but it does load the right file /experiment/expt/docname/ref same as above, but also specific refs for the document loaded
