_dataset: improve download button

When Download is clicked:

[x] file found and downloaded
[x] record added to eRAManga to record user, dataset downlaoded, date (and other data we can think off)
[x] pop up close
[x] display a line saying when downloaded.
[x] add function to all downloads (anonymous is not logged in.
