Prep for 1.7 #8

This PR is a port to Forgegradle as that is the new build framework used by forge this also closes #7 and is peop for 1.7

Looks like textures are broken I know how to fix but I feel like porting to 1.7.* is more important. Will have a more through look at it tomorrow sleepy

This change really needed to happen, I just never got around to it. We didn't really know what we were doing when we first created the repo. And it ended up in an untenable state. We had to use TortoiseGit to commit individual files out of the mass of changed files and it was very slow. Thank you for putting in the work to clean this up. I'm also not familiar with Gradle yet and so was intimidated by the switch.

I picked up a new job in January and so have had less time to work on it. I'd like to add you as a contributor to this repo. Also, add josiah.seaman on skype and I'll be happy to introduce you to the rest of the team.

Ya I was looking at the diff it was about 2 million deletions. :P
