This adds an applier script to handle loading skin textured from a notecard and sending them to the body. This allows loading many more texture UUIDs than if it were in the main script. It uses the simple link_message API and notecard format from Omega so a single applier can be created for both Ruth and any Omega-enabled mesh for matching skin!
