Rename 'Current Release' to 'Release' #3

We have archived the state of the repository for Ruth RC2 in a new branch curiously named 'archive-ruth-rc2', and will be preparing to remove the 'Previous Release' directories and other historical things Real Soon Now.

We can go ahead and rename the 'Current Release' directories to 'Release' now to match the names in the archive-ruth-rc2 branch now. Also update the README to note these changes.

Yes, this PR is supposed to be against the master branch this time :) We will create an archive-ruth-rc3 branch after this merges. Doing it in this order lets us look at diffs from later work back to RC3 a bit easier.
