Clean up release script formats #6

No code changes are made here, just cleaning up the scripts in the Mesh Release directories to remove trailing NULs and normalize the line endings so git sees these as text files and not binary.

Very good. The scripts were taken from the Shin Ingen ingen-lab.com:8002 in world release packages to ensure they were up to date. The process of extracting them and archiving them on github probably led to the line ending issues.
