Allow disabling motion blur #32

Hi,

Not sure how difficult it would be to implement, but I think it would be a good enhancement if this mod could work without requiring motion blur to be enabled. I prefer the cleaner look that the game has without it, and this game would look perfect with the aliasing removed as well.

Thanks for the request and for using the mod!

I'll have to have a think over this and do some digging in the code to understand why motion blur is required.

I have a suspicion that it's because the game doesn't output the necessary motion vectors to the shaders without motion blur being enabled, it might be possible to work around this via some game tweaks though.

I'll get back to you on this one!

I would love to have this without Motion blur, I always turn off such options, thanks for checking it
