Documentation targeting the end user with Quarto-flavoured markdown .qmd and Jupyter notebook .ipynb files as source material.

All documentation found in docs/
GitHub-renderable markdown documentation
Jupyter notebooks with worked examples to be used within the TRE are given in docs/notebooks
Corresponding requirements.txt files are given per notebook
