Redhat preparation

Install .. Test

composer install
composer patch       # Apply Diff to 'vendor/slim/extras'
composer copy-conf   # app/config.php
composer copy-nginx  # Only on Redhat
composer mkdir
composer chown       # Only on Redhat 7.

composer test
