SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensions - Validate Customer Addresses Using a Microservice

This repository contains the sample code for the Validate Customer Addresses Using a Microservice tutorial.

This code is only one part of the tutorial, so please follow the tutorial before attempting to use this code.

Description

The Validate Customer Addresses Using a Microservice tutorial showcases how to consume outbound HTTP services directly from Business Add-ins in ABAP programming language within SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It shows how SAP Data Quality Management microservices can be used to check and correct address data stored in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Once the address details are available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Data Quality Management microservice is called, the entered address is validated, and a response to SAP S/4HANA Cloud is provided.

SAP Extensibility Explorer

This tutorial is one of multiple tutorials that make up the SAP Extensibility Explorer for SAP S/4HANA Cloud. SAP Extensibility Explorer is a central place where anyone involved in the extensibility process can gain insight into various types of extensibility options. At the heart of SAP Extensibility Explorer, there is a rich repository of sample scenarios which show, in a hands-on way, how to realize an extensibility requirement leveraging different extensibility patterns.
