Analyzed merged files

Concatenate the replicates fasta files and analyzed that merged file , for all the strains

• [ ] dbem3dbem1
• [ ] bem1-aid dbem3
• [x] bem1-aid

the fastaq files are quite heavy (~(4GB) 4 x individual fastq files) and It seems I need more computer resources to run them

We are waiting for new data from Novogene on the same strains , so far we have only from bem1-aid
