[Frontend] Scanner does not work when used after scanning with another business #143

The camera resource appears to be 'held hostage' by the scanner of the first business you use. Directly navigating from that scanner view, to the scanner view of another business results in the camera view remaining blank.

This is only a problem in Firefox, and does not appear to be a bug in our code, but perhaps with vuejs.

Interesting note, though, is that this reveals what is likely a big security issue with Firefox, as it sometimes results in the camera continuing to run after the EZBag tab is closed.
