Unable to access web application #184

I clicked the link to verify my email and I was redirected to site can't be reached page. I was unable to login because my email could not be verified. I was unable to go any further into testing. email conf site can't be reached login fail

I tried using two different accounts, google chrome, and safari but still was unable to verify my account to access the web application.

I was also not able do the email confirmation. I tried on both Safari and chrome as well.

@jhill08 @tienn1998 Were you guys able to get the confirmation email working now? I let your other teammate know we had pushed up a broken build to the server when you created these issues. This should be resolved now. Please let me know if it is! Thanks

Yes, we were able to get the confirmation email to work with a different email. I would add a feature where if there was an issue in the email confirmation that a user can request another email confirmation. As the current link sends to the initial email is not updated to the new server. old link format: image New link format: image

Glad you could get it working. We will consider the resend email confirmation feature.
