Coach Me

Coach Me is an Android application written in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, designed to connect sports enthusiasts with coaches. It utilizes location services to find nearby coaches and allows users to create and modify their profiles, search for coaches, and schedule appointments with coaches using in-app messaging.

Getting Started

To get started with Coach Me, you will need to have Android Studio installed on your computer. You can download the latest version of Android Studio from the official website.

Clone this repository: git clone https://github.com/SDPCoachMe/SDP-2023.git
Open the project in Android Studio. Run the app on an emulator or physical device.

How to Use

When you first open the app, you will be prompted to create a profile. Once you have created a profile, you can search for coaches by location or by sport. You can then view coach profiles, send messages to coaches to arrange appointments, and schedule events in your calendar.
