Add emotes to some contexts

Summary

This PR adds icons to most commands to make it more visually appealing. We're not trying to oversaturate the commands with too many emojis. The aim is to improve in areas where the UI appears dull or too minimalist.

Just wanted to add that this change may not be limited into commands. I plan to add emotes to error handler messages as well. Any other parts of the bot that could benefit from this feature would also have it.

This PR is not really helpful if you are planning to setup this bot yourself because the emojis won't be available publicly, so the tab below links the sources I use to find these emojis.
