[SGA-A]

This PR has a lot of changes. We will go through each here:

• The Tatsu API wrapper has now completely been removed.
  • We have revoked the API key as well so this will be removed from the .env file as well.
  • The associated field within the profile embed has also been removed.
• Some useless functions were removed
• Some useless conditions were removed
• A leveling system was added. There is a fixed multiplier that determines the required exp to advance to the next level.
  • This makes it possible to see your level, XP and a progress bar (very similar to Dank Memer 👀)
• Perhaps the biggest change: You can now filter the leaderboard by any given stat before calling the command.
  • This is quite a huge feat, it makes it possible to make your life easier by navigating to the stat your interested in first, without dealing with the interactions of the dropdown to reach your desired stats.
  • The response of the leaderboard is also slightly quicker than before, although not as noticeable.
• New filters for the leaderboard have now been added: bounty and level.

As always, these changes will always be improved and worked upon. Testing has proven it is reliable for the time being.

Some things to point out: This PR is linked with Issue #5 because there is already a significant amount of stats you can now sort the leaderboard by. We will continue to add more stats to filter your results by, but this will not be our main focus.

42 is also solved after implementing this PR.
