This PR reverts all the changes involving the setup of Flask to host the bot. It was not very successful and as we all know free 24/7 hosting services don't exist in the world we live in. I have accepted it and am moving on.

This PR essentially removes all the fluff that was involved in making the 24/7 hosting, because there are no reliable solutions at the time of posting. GCP and AWS were good alternatives but, they are also having trouble confirming our payment details as part of verification so that was quickly abandoned as well.

The requirements.txt file will be kept to make it easier to understand what packages we use within our bot. Do remember that some of them are not used any longer, but we will remove those later on.
