3 months ago I'm guessing he's russian? Yeah, ocr doesn't play nice with foreign names. Looks like you're grabbing everything but hits a snag on his or her name. Try to go to clan mate manager, high light user tool. Try selecting user from the clan mates tab. Clanmate selection tool should correct that
