What is the day range of "week" in the file?

Hello,

first of all, thanks so much for the terrific work on the chest counting automation. You have saved a lot of time of mine as my clan is now producing around 800-1000 boxes per day.

This is more like a question than an issue indeed. I started the program since last week (13-Sep) and i tried to generate files by today and by week ( of coz have to yet to get 1 week data until tmr end of day)

1. however, i still not understand the day range in the report is from which day to which day?
2. i would like to clarify, on the first few days, i used the "chest condition" mode but changed on 15-Sep with the chest points mode. I'm wondering would the data in the report (if i generate from 1st day until now) be included everything it captured?

Conditions only affect exporting to csv file. And the range counts from today - 7 days.it doesn't factor the time. 12am whatever your timezone is

Thank you. sorry i have another issue... I have mistakenly run the automation between 23:45 - 00:15.... now seems some players chest total has been lost and some player gained double.... I'm still investigating. In the meantime, do you have any way that i can fix the issue? Please advise.

It's not good to run before midnight. Replace file with a backup file before you ran automation. Will create a tool to restore chests if clanchest.db gets corrupted

hello, thanks for confirmation that i should not run automation before midnight (19-Sep to 20-Sep). so i checked the db folder, are these backup file that i can replace the current record? or the database has been corrupted, i can't do anything but ignore the record? Copy the backup from prior of the mishap to db folder. Rename clanchest.db to clanchest.old then rename the back up file from clanchestbackup to clanchest.db

Hello, Good day. I found an issue or I don't understand how it count the number and present it on a table. Tried to generate 3 days data covers 22/9 - 24/9, i found the below issues:

1. the scores calculation is wrong. a player Dabrim jr got 3 common level 15 crypts but score 0. it should expects 45.
2. the table only shows partial data, a player "Fil Lagertha" should have 56 (18+18+20) in total, but only 38 (sum between common to Heroic) on the table.

not sure if this is was lack of understanding or the system error. I attached the db file and the report i generated between 22-24/9. Would you please help me to understand?

Are you using the latest version? Also run clanmate validator to get rid of misspelled clanmates. Toy around with the similarity percentage to ensure your removing misspelled clanmates. In clanmate validator make sure you go to members view in game to create a validation list.

As far as your question, in clan insights if you select a week, it's from today and minus 7 days. You can now select custom range if you want to.

Hello I uninstalled, followed the video and deleted folders. then installed the preview 5.0 exe. but i cannot launch the program. Thought i might have done something wrong. ...enclosed the crash file, PFA, thanks. crash.log

When you install the latest version. Go to windows explorer and type in %localappdata% head over to sicgames folder then TotalBattleChestTracker folder and delete folders temp and tessdata. Relaunch preview 5.6 and wait until the download is completed

The automation stopped said some spelling mistake in the setting but i could not found out where. thanks

Hello, just now in the middle of automation, the program stopped. and i tried to start over again but the same popped up. Enclosed the crash report for your review. Thanks. crash.log

Apart from it, the automation is unable to capture the personal chest of Union of Truimph. The program would stop and have the error as per the above post. I need to stop and open the chests manually and start automation again.

Hi MCFil22, at OCR you must scroll down and change the thershold, till you see SORCE: and FROM: clear!

In addition, if your monitor is below 1080 pixels in height, it is better to select 3 rows instead of 4 rows inside OCR wizard. And make sure you select 3 clicks in the Settings -> Automation tab. Report back if this solves it.
