SVG output defaults to different color for different patches #160

Also exposes parameters from the write_curve-function (such as fill, stroke, opacity etc) from the write function

Turns out that the SVG format is super useful when developing on windows and models are restricted to 2D.

The color schemes are the same as the ones set by matplotlib default colors
