Updated doc to (slightly after) v1.1 #43

Can we make it an unwritten (or written, now that I have written it) rule that gh-pages updates are automatically okay? Ideally there should be zero human input in generating one, anyway.

Yes. @akva2 said that he would be interested in setting up this automated system. We should have a similar system for IFEM. In any case I would like to have the API pages updated on every version bump, not for all commits.
