Support nutrient QC, density equations, and data merges #67

Something that can ease the work off the bottle database management would be to add nutrients to CTDCAL inputs. No fitting is done, but the .TNU files can be loaded and assembled into the bottle data in the same way as the refT, autosal, and winkler oxygen.

Do some preliminary QC on the nutrient data, ensuring that everything is accounted for and the files themselves have no issues (in a similar manner to the discrete file checks for the final beta release), then use the autosal and tnut data to calculate the density and convert the units to umol/kg. These final data can be matched to their respective bottle and reported in the ODF-generated hy1 for an easier upload to the bottle database.
