CTDCAL offers a few CLI functions with Click, but they aren't fully developed.

[ ] Process - support for different routines, with SeaBird's standard as the default
[ ] Convert - to translate a CTD product to another format (.HEX to .nc/exchange, possibly go from unfit science data back to engineering units)
[ ] QC tool(s) that are more important to data analysts

As well as any other functionality that was introduced in the v1.0.0 release
