Flags have gone uncharacterized in the beta versions of CTDCAL, only being looked at by ODF data analysts on certain occasions. By default, CTDCAL should at least provide some sort of insight on to what the flags look like without requiring the user to sift through thousands of data points or reload their data into the workspace.
[ ] Flag profile plots - horizontal yellow lines for 3, horizontal red lines for flag 4
[ ] Print out flag stats (x.describe() equivalent) for parameters that undergo any QC
[ ] Are there flags that occur in bunches - i.e. temp, salinity, and oxygen were all bad at 822 dbar
[ ] Flag comparison between CTD and discrete data
[ ] Create a flags log (with rows being each SSSCC) that can be summarized to identify flags associated with certain depths, temperatures, lat/lon (such as sampling a rougher area), and station (where sensor swaps play a role)
