Logging is not done consistently and doesn't always provide sufficient information during a run, which can lead to confusion while processing (as the current step could be unknown without having the log open).
[ ] Write everything, including the verbose stuff to a log text file. Timestamp everything.
[ ] Also, timestamp the log file itself so it doesn't become unweildy.
[ ] Use the progress bar on individual parsing, assembly, fitting, analysis, and exporting steps
[ ] Identify the important stuff for the user to know: Make sure that is printed to the terminal window as well as in the log
