Get routines from other groups #82

CSIRO? PMEL? CalCOFI?

If these groups have workflows, try and build them into CTDCAL supported workflows.

This requires networking with other groups that are willing to share and is not an immediate priority.

It's worth noting that, once implemented, these routines could then be compared with other groups (using the run intercomparison tool) to assess performance
