CPU #4

Seems like BAR will kill the server if subgrids/ships connected also have BAR and they try to weld other grids they are connected to. Server thread CPU sitting at 5%+- would spike to 600%+- (when weld speed was set to 2, now at 10, CPU spikes to 1200%+) when subgrids with BAR works on another grid. Possibly due to resources being pulled or checks in place. Tested extensively. Single player with just bars, no issue. Running a server is a issue and it is the BARS to docked ships to a grid (but this is not 100% of the time for every ship, but I am able to re-create this issue 100% of the time get this to happen.

Have checked the Keen and Torch logs, couldn't find anything that would lead to anything on why this happens. Just got a spike a few min ago, attaching screenshots and influx info around that time. *actually happening right now and for a good 10+ min. This is on a 7950X3D system so 40% is almost 8 cores / 16 threads when this spikes.
