Move upcoming events higher up the landing page #346

Just a suggestion but do you think we should move the upcoming events section to before the news? Currently when I go to the landing page I see the news about the launch event sooner than the upcoming events and it might be misleading that we haven't started yet.

as there are not so many news, yes, I think that's a good idea!
